These classic looking blade putters, which are finished in a new satin-blast finish, can be custom fitted to fit a golfer’s game. Blade putters are still hugely popular amongst golfers, especially those who prefer more traditional golf gear. I’m not exactly a traditional golfer with my hoodies and golf trainers, but I have to say most of the time blade putters do look cooler than mallets.
Each Ping PLD milled putter is equipped with a shallow face milling for a firmer feel and a quicker roll of the ball along the green. Ping say this helps to deliver Tour-preferred feel for precision and control. All the putters are milled from 303 forged stainless steel.

With a number of different putters available in the Ping 2025 PLD Milled putter range, here’s a deeper dive into each one and which would suit your game best.
Ping 2025 PLD Milled Putters: The Line-up
The Ping 2025 PLD Milled putter range features three models: Anser 30, Anser 4D and Kushin.
Anser 30

Looks: Has a full shaft offset. The loft is 3° and can be altered by +3°/-2°, whilst the lie angle is 20° which can be fitted by ±4°.
Main Attributes: This is a precision-milled version of the popular, original Answer putter and is designed to deliver a high MOI. The heel-toe weighting is fitted to help improve the level of forgiveness across the face of the putter as well as a longer H1 hosel that achieves a 30-degree toe-down angle.Â
Who is it for?: For golfers who have a tendency to miss their putts to the right and play a slight-arc blade. This putter will make it easier for those golfers with a slight arc to their stroke to square the putter face up at impact.

Anser 4D

Looks: Has the look and feel of a traditional Ping Anser putter with a deeper, perimeter-weighted blade. Has a 3/4 shaft offset.
Main Attributes: Designed to have the forgiveness and accuracy of a mallet putter as a result of added weight. The Anser 4D putter has a 10g heavier head than the other two models at 365g.
Additionally, the putter is designed to have more of a confidence inspiring look than the other flat sticks in the Ping 2025 PLD Milled putter range with clean heel-toe ballasts, less-rounded corners and a ball-width cavity with an alignment line.
Who is it for?: For golfers with a strong arc in their putting stroke and struggle to square the putter face up at impact for a straighter ball roll.
Kushin

Looks: Has a wider body and perimeter for a high MOI. Although, it has a symmetrical appearance and is face-balanced to help players with a straight putting stroke feel more comfortable.
Main Attributes: Designed to making alignment easier for those with a straight putting stoke which is promoted by the inclusion of a ball-width back cavity. Also offers plenty of forgiveness off the face for better control. Â
Who is it for?: For golfers with a straight putting stroke.
