The trolley is very easy to assemble and looks very stylish with the clean white frame.
One of the standout features is just how small the Lithium battery is – Powerbug say it’s the smallest on the market.
And this is a 27-hole battery as standard which you’d normally expect to pay a lot more for.

Another very impressive feature here is the handle and speed dial.
It’s a nice big handle which makes the trolley very easy to control with just the one hand.
Many trolley’s are set up with two handles either side of the control panel but the reality is that most golfers will just push them using one.
You can also adjust the height which is an added bonus.
There’s a distance control feature on the speed dial which allows you to tell the trolley you want it to go 10, 20 or 30 yards and then stop.
This is ideal for sending it towards the next tee or to the right side of the green and should save a bit of time over the course of 18 holes.
Powerbug GTX 1 Lithium trolley review – NCG Verdict
You really do get a lot of bang for your buck with this trolley – it’s ideal for someone who wants a simple and easy to use electric trolley.
At £439 it’s considerably cheaper than many other brands’ offerings for 27-hole lithium and there’s no compromise on features, style and usability.
Both the trolley and the mini lithium battery are covered by a three-year warranty.
The battery warranty can be upgraded to a full five-year warranty for an extra £50.
We couldn’t find any fault at all with this trolley and think it could surprise a few people who normally plump for the bigger brand names.
