Best Adidas Winter Golf Apparel
Adidas Reversible Webbing Belt
A lot of golf fashion is become increasing more modern and casual, which I’m a big fan of, but it is also nice to revert back to traditional style and that is exactly what this belt offers. I tend to gravitate towards webbing belts in general when it comes to golf. This is a quality option. Available in a range of colours to match all outfits, I went with the navy offering and it looked great, espcially matched with navy trousers. For a reasonable price as well, this is a great golf belt for those looking for a webbing style one.
Adidas has released some excellent golf jumpers, jackets and midlayers this year. This Beyond The Course Hybrid Sweater is certianly one of the best. I love the pure teal colour and the fact is sort of has a retro football jacket style to it. You know the old training, zipless ones the likes of Rooney and Ronaldinho used to wear. The design really is one of my favourites from any brand this year and I’d definitely wear this away from the course, to a football match or down the shops. It looks mega.
As far as performance goes. The fit is ideal and with the cuffed sleeves, it doesn’t get in the way of gripping the golf club. A real five out of five golf jumper this.
Perfect for when the colder weather rolls around and you can see your breath in front of your face as you line up a putt (probably not for a birdie). I found it seals in the heat really efficiently without being uncomfortably tight on your head. A common issue I have with bobble hats is that they tend to be really itchy. That certainly isn’t the case with this Adidas one. I had no problems with comfort and to top things off i think the design is fairly mega. I like how Adidas have embraced their three-stripe design more with their golf gear on the whole this year.
If you are looking for a high quality pair of waterproof trousers, then the Adidas Climaproof+ Waterproof Golf Trousers should be high on your list. Made from a series of high performance recycled materials known as Primegreen, the Adidas Climaproof+ Trousers are fully waterproof and perfect for playing in the British winter. The materials offer Adidas’ ultimate storm protection, along with providing warmth and comfort on the inside.
The trousers have three pockets, two on the front and one on the rear. All three pockets are deep enough to carry everything you need on the course, whilst also being fleece lined for when you want to keep your hands warm. The famous ‘Three Stripes’ logo is emblazoned below the pocket on the left leg, while the Climaproof+ logo is set below the rear pocket as well.
The Go-To rise Adidas polo is part of their Autumn/Winter collection for 2025. A lightweight, stylish garment that is a great addition to anybody’s golfing wardrobe. A modern looking polo in a ‘powdered plum’ colourway which admittedly looks quite bold taking it out of the packet but looks smart and doesn’t feel over the top wearing it out on the course. I am never a fan of garments that splash their logos into any free space, so this is ticks my box, a simple classic 3 striped Adidas logo on the front left chest keeps the polo looking subtle and smart.
The Go-To rise feels great to wear, extremely lightweight without feeling baggy or too tight which makes for a comfortable day on the course. The price point is ideal, available for only £45 which feels suitable for the quality of material, style and of course wearing a brand like Adidas. If you’re in the market for another polo, I’d certainly take a look here.
This is probably my favourite piece of golfing clothing I’ve had in a while. I’ve had a few golf anoraks over the years, one of which was an Adidas offering, and this is easily the best I have worn. It is waterproof, offers solid protection in even the most tricky of weather conditions and works to keep the golfer warm all whist allowing golfers to swing freely without being restricted.
The design is bold, but it is one I like. It’s of course a modern golf look but I’m all about that, I love where golf fashion is heading, and this is the anthesis of that. I think the cameo like design is cool and i would certainly wear this away from the course as well as on it. A slight downside is the price, but you are getting a quality anorak for your money.
As part of the ‘Tour’ clothing range, which uses the leading garment technologies that are in place for some of the world’s best, the Ultimate365 Arctic Golf Wind Top provides great warmth in cold conditions thanks to its three-layer construction. It is produced with Primegreen, a high-performance series of recycled materials, so by wearing this, you’re also helping the planet. The ½ zip makes it easy to get on and off in changeable weather, and the design has a pair of front pockets which are perfect for keeping your hands warm. Despite being relatively thick compared to some outer jackets, the Ultimate365 Arctic Golf Wind Top still provides space for unrestricted movement out on the golf course.
Purple and violet seem to be very much the in colours for this year’s winter collection from a number of brands. But I don’t think anyone has pulled it off quite so well as Adidas with this full-zip windbreaker. I am a big fan of windbreakers in general, I think I have the Oasis reunion tour to thank for that. Not just for golf but for casual wear as well, they seem to be my go-to, ironically, at the moment.
There are a few great options on the market, but you’ll do well to find a better one than this. The colour looks great, especially this time of year, and it feels great. I prefer my jacket, jumpers and windbreakers to be thin and lightweight. This is exactly that. It offers no interruption to your swing whatsoever.
As part of Adidas’s 2025 Autumn / Winter collection launch, they have released the Ultimate 365 Tour Frostguard full-zip gilet. A gilet feels like it should be a staple for any golfer looking to get out on the cooler days thanks to the fact your arms are completely free so this is well worth considering. The design of this gilet is really smart, it’s available in two colourways with one piece of adidas branding to give it a clean finish. Considering the lightweight nature of the garment, it is surprisingly warm and comfortable thanks to the lightweight insulation packed into either side of the middle zip on the front of the product. I’ll be sure to be getting plenty of usage out of this on the golf course as the cooler days approach as well using it in off course thanks to the ‘non-technical’ style of it. It is positioned on the more expensive side for a gilet but you can’t argue with the quality or look of it.
These are part of the ‘Tour’ clothing range from adidas Golf. I have had a few Adidas golf trousers, and they always seem to deliver, and these artic ones are no different. They feature dobby knit with integrated stretch to allow for comprehensive comfort and warmth through those cold winter days out on the golf course. They are also a great fit, no need to move up or down a size they are very true to their sizing. They may be a little too heavy and thick for the warmer months, but right now, I don’t think they is a more suitable set of golf trousers in my wardrobe.
PROS
Insulated well for the more extreme weather this winter
I’m personally not a big fan of wearing rain gloves, I tend to just wear my golf glove and that’s it. But I have to say, these Adidas ones are probably the best I’ve tried to date. They are a really great fit and Adidas have included some cool technology and patterning on the palm of the gloves to allow for a better grip. Some of you may be put of by the design and that is understandable. But, for me, I’m okay with and the writing along the wrists is kind of a cool and edgy look that I can get behind. If you can’t see yourself rocking them on the golf course, then they are perfectly suitable for wearing whilst walking the dog or for any other physical activity when there’s a chill in the air.
I was genuinely pleased to review this golf bucket hat, especially as I’m approaching 50 and items such as this seem to suit my present day mid life needs – both on and off the course.
Off the course, it’s great for rainy days, stopping rain from dripping into my glasses while watching the kids from the sporting touchline.
On the course, it really helps keep rain out of my eyes amid those unexpected showers. The soft, waterproof, lightweight material feels comfortable and breathable, perfect for use in both the winter and summer months.
The one-size-fits-all design with a simple velcro fastener makes it easy to adjust for a snug fit – it comes highly recommended if you are in the market for a bucket hat.
I must admit, I don’t usually wear baselayers whilst golfing, I’ve only ever worn them playing football. Previously I have either found them to be uncomfortably tight or particularly itchy. This Adidas baselayer was neither. The biggest compliment i can give it is that it didn’t even feel like I was wearing a baselayer, it was that comfortable.
If you are someone who hates playing golf in big puffy waterproofs and midlayers, then this could be the ideal solution. It insulates the body well as it features brushed fabric for extra warmth. This is whilst providing the freedom to swing the club uninterrupted that some midlayers don’t offer.
After examining a variety of winter apparel options from Adidas, it’s clear that each piece is created with the golfer in mind. From quilted jackets that offer excellent thermal properties to layering options that provide maximum mobility, Adidas’ winter collection is a testament to their commitment to quality and performance. Advanced fabric technologies are at the core of their offerings, ensuring that you remain insulated yet breathable, dry but not overheated, allowing you to focus purely on your game.
In a sport where every swing counts, the last thing you want is for your apparel to be a distraction. With Adidas’ winter pieces in your wardrobe, you can rest assured that you are equipped to handle whatever winter throws your way on the golf course. So, venture out and face the chilly winds and frosty greens; with Adidas’s winter apparel, you’re not just playing the game—you’re playing to win, regardless of the season.
