Spofforth Golf Course and Manor Farm could be yours after the North Yorkshire was listed for sale – but you’ll need to have a spare £2 million lying around.
That’s the guide price for the pay-and-play centre, which is being offered by HMH Golf & Leisure along with Knaresborough agents Lister Haigh.

Spofforth Golf Course is an 18-hole, 6,176-yard par 72 course, with a six-bay driving range and clubhouse, that’s found between Wetherby and Harrogate. NCG’s own assistant equipment editor Jack Backhouse, a PGA Golf professional, is on hand for lessons.
