Top Golf Clubs in the Atlantic City Area

Atlantic City is one of the most vibrant destinations in the US. The city is packed with great places and things to enjoy. There are many activities to try for those who have some free time on their hands, yet those who are limited on time have some great options in front of them as well. Residents of NJ have one of the best ways to experience the best casino – it’s to use NJ bonus codes and other exciting deals.

But if this isn’t your cup of tea, then there are many other options to choose from, and today we are going to talk about golf, one of the fun and relaxing activities out there.

Best Golf Clubs in the Atlantic City

There are many great places to visit in Atlantic City, many exciting destinations, excellent casinos, vibrant restaurants, etc. But those who want to enjoy the outdoors, and relax while playing an exciting yet relaxing game at the same time should enjoy the following locations.

Atlantic City Country Club

If you’re visiting Atlantic City for a golf excursion, do your hardest to get into the country club even if it is now private. The par-70, 6,577-yard course was originally built in 1897, but Tom Doak, an architect, redesigned it in 1999. He managed to maintain several historical elements, including the hard, wavy greens and the tall, indigenous grasses that encircle the fairways. While at least four other people contributed to the creation of this timeless layout, Willie Park Jr., the British Open winner in 1887 and 1889, is sometimes given credit for being the principal designer. The path of the ACCC follows back bays and marshes, giving it the appearance of the traditional Northeast country club it originally was. Following Hilton Hotels’ purchase of the course in 1998, it was then owned by Caesars Entertainment before returning to private ownership.

Ballamor Golf Club

The most beautiful and well-maintained course in the area, which was previously only accessible to a select group of golf fans, has finally opened its gates. It is now accessible to everyone who enjoys the game of golf.

Ballamor, which was expertly sculpted out of gently undulating terrain and thick forest, was ranked as the fourth-best public course in the state of New Jersey by Golf Magazine. This fabulous course mixes historic architecture with subtle modern accents, effectively capturing the peculiar charm of the place. It was designed by nationally known architects Ault, Clark & Associated. Because of this, every hole has a distinct personality and a powerful composition that challenges every kind of golf fan.

Blue Heron Pines Golf Club

Since its opening in 1993, Blue Heron Pines has been regarded as the top 18-hole course along the Jersey Shore. It’s Stephen Kay-designed architecture makes the most of the pinelands’ inherent beauty, with imposing tree lines framing spectacular vistas.

Their renowned restaurant offers a magnificent natural location for all events, including special meals, meetings, weddings, birthdays, and private parties. The restaurant overlooks the golf course. The covered patio is right outside the dining area and is regularly utilized for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, and other gatherings.
