Quiz: Golfers that started the decade in the world’s top 20

As the tens – is that what we’re calling them? – draw to a close it got us thinking about how different the top 20 in the golf world rankings looked at the start of the decade.
And you know that kind of brainstorm always ends up in a quiz so, just for you, can you name the world’s top 20 players on January 1, 2010?
Now we’re nice so we’ve given you a bit of help in the way of the each player’s nationality…
