What they say…
The Coolshot 20 GII comfortably fits in one hand but certainly doesn’t compromise on performance.
Nikon promise the device will add more precision to your game thanks to its extensive range of 5m to 730m – displaying the distance every metre – plus single or continuous measurement for up to eight seconds.
Golfers can get a simple distance reading with a single measurement, or can hold down the power button for up to eight seconds of continuous measurement for quick and easy distance measurements to multiple objects.
If single measurement fails, the Coolshot 20 GII will automatically extend the measurement for up to four seconds until it succeeds. Continuing to hold down the power button will further extend it for up to eight seconds.
In addition, the First Target Priority algorithm measures the distance to the closest of overlapping subjects, so it’s easy to get an accurate reading to the flagstick even with woods in the background.
Images also appear bright and clear thanks to the high- quality 6x monocular with multilayer coating. The long eye relief design gives comfortable viewing even when wearing glasses and the adjustable dioptre allows you to fine-tune the display for your vision.
The Coolshot 20 GII is the smallest and lightest of Nikon’s laser rangefinders, weighing approximately 130g without a battery.
However, it is highly durable, rainproof to JIS/IEC protection class 4 and has a wide temperature tolerance from -10 ̊C to 50 ̊C.
