Ping expands Scottsdale TR putter line
5 Ping have added three new putter models to their popular Scottsdale TR family, including an updated version of the famous CRAZ-E.
All feature the same variable-depth grooves (that boost forgiveness on mis-hits) and adjustable-length shafts.
The blade-style Anser T has a timeless shape with a bridge-style alignment aid and is designed for slight-arc putting strokes.
The Senita B provides the feel and stability of a belly putter without anchoring thanks to counterbalanced weights in the grip.
Finally, the latest version of the CRAZ-E, now 10 years old, has the same striking alignment aid and shape with the new insert for forgiveness.
Both the Senita and CRAZ-E are available in several shaft bends to suit all types of strokes.
“True Roll technology has proved to be very popular because variable-depth grooves offer consistent ball speeds and unmatched distance control,” said John A. Solheim, Ping’s CEO.
“Golfers are making a higher percentage of their putts, even from longer range. That comes from the accuracy this technology provides, along with the added confidence, which is essential on the greens.”
