Lady Golfer Instruction: The two minute emergency warm-up

Tips

Get your muscles ready for golf in 120 seconds...

WE all know we should turn up for our tee time half an hour early, undergo a leisurely stretch on the range, hit 50 balls and finish off with at least five minutes’ putting on the practice green before strolling over to the 1st tee.

In reality, we arrive nine minutes before we are due to play and it’s all we can do to get our shoes on and grab a drink from the pro shop on the way to the tee.

If this latter scenario sounds like you, this quick warm-up will be perfect. You can do it on the tee in the time it takes you and your playing partners to decide who is partnering with whom. And I guarantee it gives you a better chance of hitting a sweet first shot of the day.
