ENTERING COMPETITIONS
We will will contact all winners within 28 days of the competition closing.
Failure in the time limit stated on the email will automatically lead to the competition being re-drawn.
No purchase is necessary to enter a Competition. All prizes are non-transferrable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered. Arrangements for the fulfilment of prizes are made by the relevant third party sponsor.
Competitions are only open to UK residents or if entering from outside of the UK, a UK postal address must be provided.
Sports Publications can not accept responsibility for any lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged prizes as the prizes are not sent by us and hence are the responsibility of the brands sending them.
ONLINE SALES
Once you enter your personal contact information and your payment details are accepted the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo and JCB cards. Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server and will be processed during office hours
Goods will be dispatched within a reasonable time
Where orders and payments are taken on behalf of third parties all delivery and warranty issues are the responsibility of the third party.
SALES OF ADVERTISING AND SERVICES
Queries on all invoices should be notified in writing within 5 working days on receipt of invoice. Interest and compensation recovery costs will be charged on all overdue debts at the rate for the time being applicable under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Please note all accounts beyond our credit terms will be passed to our debt collection agency, Sinclair Goldberg Price Ltd. All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover our costs in recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
