Keep moving the putter

Help is at hand for those struggling from close range

Find out why you're missing

If you are struggling to hole out from a few feet, and have become tentative with your stroke, try this drill. Place the putter behind the ball and, without taking any backswing, push the clubhead towards the hole. It will feel odd at first but, with some practice, you will soon see the putter face following through at the hole more. It is an excellent way to find out about your putting action, and where your general misses are, and quickly encourages you to accelerate the ball towards the hole.
