Body and hands together

Keeping everything in unison in your stroke

Rhythm time

This is probably my most used and most effective putting tip. It helps make the arms and body work together. If your arms and hands get away from your body you can lose loft or close the putter. This tip helps keep everything together and will help improve your rhythm. Address the ball and take one hand off the club, hovering it about an inch or two off the grip. Try hitting short putts maintaining the same gap. Rock the shoulders and take the club back and through the same distance. Note: If this proves tricky, start with one finger instead of taking the whole hand off.
