Stay still over your next putt

A great tip to keep the lower half quiet

Lower half quiet

Even the smallest movements in your putting stroke will force your body to manipulate the path or alignment of the putter face, requiring compensation to get it square at impact. This is definitely not the easiest way to putt! To ensure you’re stable, try resting your backside against the top of your golf bag or a wall when hitting putts to experience the feeling of stillness in your lower half. You shouldn’t feel any change in the contact between your body and the bag.
