Whether your ball is buried in mud just off a soggy fairway, or deep in wet sand, there is no denying the winter golf lies can be frustrating, with something new seemingly thrown at you on almost every hole.
And as we are celebrating winter golf this week, we sent Alex Perry, James Savage and Mark Townsend over to Moor Allerton, near the NCG offices in Leeds, to take on these two horrible lies. We won’t spoil it, but it does get rather tense…
