The long-awaited return of the 14-time major champion is hitting TV screens this week at the Hero World Challenge.

After countless back surgeries, a failed return in 2016 and even an arrest it is once again time for Tiger to do his thing.

The tournament takes place in the Bahamas on the island of Albany. The luxury resort of New Providence hosts the tournament and was designed by four-time major champion Ernie Els.

The tournament takes place from Thursday November 30 to Sunday December 3, 2017.

The Hero World Challenge is a tournament Tiger Woods hosts on behalf of his foundation and charity partnerships. Although the tournament doesn’t fall under the PGA Tour umbrella there are world rankings points up for grabs alongside the $3 million purse.

The Hero World Challenge is an 18-hole stroke play event played over four days with no cut. There are only 18 players in the field.
