Social Spotlight: Tour players tackle alligators (again!)May 2, 2017 The Scoop
Rickie Fowler was among the (many!) tour players to take on the alligators this week in New Orleans.
It’s been another eventful weekend in the world of golf. New Orleans hosted the new look Zurich Classic and it lived up to expectation.
There were plenty of hole outs during this weeks tournament but Kevin Kisner saved the best until the 72nd hole to force a Monday play-off.

And finally, Ian Poulter was pleased the confusion regarding his tour card had been resolved…
Some great news. The @pgatour had a slight oversight when calculating the Fedex Cup points for Brian Gay and Myself. Easily done as the points system for 2017 season means the points between finishes 15th-68th are less than 2016. So the events we played in 2017 meant we were devalued when adding to our 2016 card to reinstate for 2017. So with the recalculation under the 2016 points system means I had earned enough points to actually keep a card and be exempt. So friends see you at the Players in a weeks time ?
