WATCH: Take a look back at the best Ryder Cup celebrations
Where else can we start but Rory? A shining light in Team Europe’s efforts to retain the Samuel Ryder trophy.
The Northern Irishman had a point to prove, and boy did he let the Hazeltine fans know about it.
Rory McIlroy
It all started on Friday with Andy Sullivan…
The Rory ROAR!
He's #RyderBLUE!

By Friday evening, he was really ‘roaring’..

Then, on Sunday, McIlroy provided us with a moment we may never forget during his epic encounter with Patrick Reed..
“I CAN’T HEAR YOU!” (just awesome!)
Lol you can taunt in golf but not the NFL. Rory McIlroy is LIT https://t.co/PBELxEj2rJ

Patrick Reed
Calling Patrick Reed the ‘American Ian Poulter’ would be wrong. But he really is. The 26-year-old was so pumped up it was impossible to include all of his celebrations… so here is a snippet of the action.
“LET’S GO!”
Patrick Reed's eagle is so damn beautiful. Club twirl and all. #USA pic.twitter.com/ZIvQg8dhmm

Oh, and the finger wag at Rory..

And, Captain America REALLY lost it when he holed the winning putt against McIlroy on Sunday..

Thomas Pieters
The Belgian saw records tumble at Hazeltine after becoming the highest points scoring rookie in Ryder Cup history with four (almost as many times as he told the crowd to be quiet!) out of five on offer.
He’s some boy..
Thomas Pieters took one out of Patrick Reed's playbook on Saturday.

And, anyone who makes Rory lose it like this is pretty damn good in our book..
Rory was FIRED UP at Hazeltine on Saturday.
He went 2-0 alongside Thomas Pieters.

The Spanish duo
Sergio Garcia and Rafa Cabrera-Bello struck up an amazing partnership during the three days of competition at Hazeltine and produced some moments to remember.
Sergio, as always, liked to play with the American crowd..
1 up thru 1.

He certainly found a Spanish partner in crime on Saturday.. (look at those reactions!)

What a putt from Cabrera-Bello to make it A/S heading to the 18th after being 4-0 down. https://t.co/9VccbTCobs

Big Phil
Mickelson has always liked the big stage and even though he was centre of attention for much of the week he still had time to plan some horrendous Dad dancing with Matt Kuchar..
This is why I love the #RyderCup. Look at the shoulder shimmy from Matt Kuchar & Phil Mickelson. pic.twitter.com/KC7aeifEzD

Before losing all control of his limbs on Sunday.. (nice hop, Phil!)
