Rory McIlroy PGA Tour gameplay features revealed
EA Sports revealed more concrete gameplay footage of the upcoming Tiger Woods PGA Tour replacement, Rory McIlroy PGA Tour, with the new video showcasing the various gameplay styles, enhanced ball physics and how different courses can affect your shots.
Gamers who are familiar with the previous PGA Tour series will feel right at home with the natural analogue stick control system that replicates a golf swing, with players using their left analogue stick to control the speed and direction of a swing.
Courses themselves also affect how your shots are played, as firmer, links-style courses like St. Andrews will provide more bounce and roll, while softer courses such as TPC Sawgrass will have less bounce and be more receptive to spin.
Gorgeous real-world courses and epic fantasy links provide players with the most realistic representations of their favourite locales along with the opportunity to explore brand-new locations.
The new generation consoles offer for the very first time Full course loading with zero wait times when moving from hole-to-hole, to create a seamless golfing experience.
EA SPORTS Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR is developed in Orlando, Florida by EA Tiburon and will be available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
