The Red Hybrid aims to offer golfers versatility, when and where they need it.
The shot-shaping properties make it easy to find optimal ball flight (draw, fade, low, high), while sole, crown and head features deliver easy launch conditions for players of all abilities.
The club adds several new technologies, all with the aim of helping players hit better and more consistent shots.
Many of the new features were added after feedback from current Tour players.
As one of the testers, Adams Golf Tour staffer Aaron Baddeley said: “Red is the total package.
It’s consistently long, it’s versatile and I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable with a hybrid in my hands.”
Engineers bucked the trend of many hybrid’s available on the market, by decreasing the the size of the head to increase the versatility of the club and offer the player a wider range of shots, therefore making them easier to hit from a variety of conditions.
Adams’ patented upside-down head design brings the CG lower, giving easier launch and greater demand from all lies, increasing playability and player confidence.
The Red Hybrid utilises Velocity Slot Technology on the sole and Ghost Slot Technology on the crown, to keep ball speed fast, even on off-center hits.
The addition of three transferrable weights on the sole (one 25g & two 2g) can be configured by a player and allow control over the flight that works best.
All of these additions have been made to make the difficult shots that little bit easier.
The Adams Red Hybrid will be available in 5 different lofts (16°, 18°, 20°, 23° & 26°).
