Players Championship tee times for Round 4
Here’s what time those that have made the cut will get underway during Round 4 of The Players Championship
The cut has been made and the tee times have been announced for the third round of the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass.
For the second day in succession, it will be Wyndham Clark and Xander Schauffele in the final group. However, it is the latter that will lead going into the final day. He is 17-under and one shot clear of Clark, with the pair teeing off at 5:40pm (GMT).
Matt Fitzpatrick is the leading European. He is four back at 13-under, and will play alongside Sahith Theegala in the final round on Sunday, with the pair teeing off at 5:20pm (GMT).
Despite battling through neck pain, defending champion Scottie Scheffler remains in the hunt. He finished the third day at 12-under, and will play alongside Nate Lashley, teeing off at 5:10pm (GMT).
Rory McIlroy has had 21 birdies over the first three days, but he is only at 9-under-par ahead of the final round. He will need something incredible to win on Sunday, and he tees off at 4:25pm (GMT), with C.T. Pan as his playing partner.
