We’ve been on a bit of a downer at National Club Golfer over the past week. Why? No one has been able to play any golf.
First world problems we know, but when you live and breathe golf all day everyday you really want to be able to get out there and play it too.
The weather was hardly great before the snow arrived but many of us in the office have given up hope of getting another round in this side of Christmas.
So let’s at least look forward to some new gear which we can enjoy in the New Year…
New Puma golf shoes launched
We can always rely on Puma to help us look forward to the spring.
And I for one am excited about giving some of their new golf shoes a try.
Headlining their spring summer 2018 collection is the Ignite Pwrsport. You may remember the Ignite Spikeless Sport which we tested last summer and were one of the brand’s best selling golf shoes.
But it anything they were a bit too flexible and didn’t offer enough resistance through the swing.
Like their predecessors, the Ignite Pwrsport are extremely lightweight and flexible but now have added stability around the foot and heel to keep golfers stable through the swing.
Expect superior comfort thanks to foam in the midsole which also offers ultra-responsive cushioning and energy return properties.
Available in five colours, the Ignite Pwrsport shoes have an SRP of £110 and are available to buy from Feb 15th.
