NCG Equipment Awards 2019: Fairway woods
After 12 months of testing it’s finally time to reveal the winners of the NCG Equipment Awards for the year. We’ll be revealing our winners across nine categories between now and the new year – so let’s get on with it. Here are the best fairway woods 2019 had to offer.

Most powerful: Ping G410
In testing, the G410 produced the most distance of all woods tested both on the launch monitor and out on the golf course. A fairway wood to be reckoned with and particularly impressive off the tee.
Most forgiving: TaylorMade M6
Overall I found this the easiest fairway wood to hit. It was really easy to launch and my dispersion and ball flight were really consistent. It’s a great confidence builder and the kind of club you turn to for a tough tee shot.
