Golf Tips: Why you shouldn’t try to drive it as far as the tour pros

Aiming to hit the same distances as the tour pros is not the correct thing to do as they have a much faster club speed and ball speed, meaning they don’t have to launch the ball as high as the club golfer.
The end result is that they hit the ball much, much further. They are in a league of their own and their distances are not a realistic target for the club golfer.
