Nelly Korda (11/1 with bet365) is my leading pick for this week’s blockbuster finale and should she pick up the title I don’t think there would be many complaints.

The 21-year-old American has had quite the season winning twice on the LPGA Tour and once on the LET as well as putting in a strong performance as part of Team USA in the Solheim Cup.

She comes into this week in good form with her last outing being her successful title defence at the Taiwan Swinging Skirts.

Not only has Korda had the best season of her career to date but she has also had plenty of success at in previous Tour Championships.

In 2017 she took a share of 8th before going even better in 2018 when she took solo second behind a thoroughly impressive Lexi Thompson.

Another top contender looks to be Sei young Kim at 18/1.

The South Korean ace is still just 26 years old, has accrued more than $7,000,000 in prize money and has enjoyed a successful 2019.

Two wins in the middle of the season helped move her up the Race to CME Globe standings and she sits in seventh place heading into the closing week.

Despite not winning since August Kim has been consistently performing and heads to Florida on the back of four successive top 10 finishes.

She also recorded her best finish (T10) in this event back in 2018 so he should have plenty of confidence.

At slightly bigger odds Brittany Altomare (35/1) looks like a solid pick for each-way backers but undoubtedly has the talent to contest for the title too.

The American who was arguably the most impressive rookie on the American Solheim Cup team has totted up 4 top 10s and 12 top 20s on the LPGA Tour this season and could well put in another strong performance this week.

Altomare finished inside the top 15 here last season, building on her first effort of 66th in 2017 and with a top 15 finish last time out she looks to offer brilliant each-way value.

Based on course form Lydia Ko (66/1) could prove to be a wise outside bet.

While the New Zealander has had her struggles in recent times, the Tour championship seems to be an event which she consistently performs in.

Since winning the event five years ago she has recorded three top 10s and and a top 20 so a small stake at big odds is more than justifiable.
