One of the biggest challenges in learning golf is that whilst one of the most important aspects of the game, we spend the least amount of time making contact with the ball during our swing.

Understanding the cause of hooks and slices

Therefore learning how to strike the ball better is going to be difficult.

In this video Alex will explain how practising impact level swings can improve our striking as we have visual clues as to how our swing will make contact with the intended object.

Where is the low point of my swing?

This is especially important as warm up swings can sometimes leave us without the clues necessary to make the subtle adjustments required to our swing.
