Galvin Green Lincoln review: First Impressions
From the off, I loved the look of the Lincoln Interface from Galvin Green. It’s sleek, stylish and appeared to be very lightweight.
Galvin Green Lincoln review: The Technology
The half-zip Lincoln jacket is made from interface fabric which is versatile being extremely soft and stretchy, totally windproof, water repellent and highly breathable.
The lightweight garment combines a tight-knit polyester outer layer with a polyurethane membrane, plus a soft comfortable interior.
Elasticated sleeve cuffs and an adjustable elastic drawstring at the bottom of the jacket creates comfortable, personalised fit throughout your round. The jacket is available in seven different colourways
Galvin Green Lincoln review: NCG Verdict
When I wore this on the course, if anything it actually exceeded expectations. It isn’t waterproof but is water repellent so kept me well sheltered from light rain and despite feeling quite thin, was warm enough that I didn’t feel the need to resort to a more bulky jacket.
The large was a nice fit for me and didn’t impact my swing in any way. I tested it in the sharkskin grey colour which is definitely one I’d recommend.
Overall, this is a very stylish and versatile offering from Galvin Green. It’s a great link between mid and outer layer that I can see being popular with golfers.
