March was a month packed full of talking points – from major announcements to huge victories.
The month saw the R&A and USGA unveil proposals to reduce and simplify the Rules of Golf, while the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers voted in favour of allowing female members to join Muirfield.
On the fairways, Marc Leishman rammed in a 51-foot eagle putt to help clinch a rare PGA Tour victory at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Dustin Johnson then solidified his new world No 1 status with an impressive win over Jon Rahm in the final of the WGC-Match Play.
