How did you first get into the game of golf?
My parents played social golf and they always brought Francesco and myself to the golf club on weekends.
What is your best achievement as a professional?
Winning the 2010 Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles to be picked for the Ryder Cup.
What do you do to relax when not playing golf?
I love spending time at home with my wife and my British bulldog, and also going to watch Juventus football games.
What are your goals for the remainder of the 2016 season?
I hope to finish in the top 60 of the Race to Dubai as my 2015 season was very poor and it would already be a big improvement.

My brother.
What would be your dream fourball pairing (anyone past or present)?
Ben Hogan, Tiger Woods and my wife Anna.
What’s the best thing about golf?
You always learn something new every day and you can always get better.
What’s your best tip for amateur golfers?
Try to keep the ball in play off the tee by swinging in balance.
