Nike unveil power-packed fairway wood

Nike have cleverly combined a traditional, tour-inspired head with distance and forgiveness-enhancing technology to create their longest fairway wood to date.

The VR_S features the brand’s unique NexCor face insert, which improves ball speed across the clubface, as well as aerodynamic engineering that improves club speed, allowing golfers of all abilities to swing it faster and hit it further.

Couple this with a powerful shaft and a special weld position, which expands the sweet spot to cater for common mis-hits, and you have a fairway wood that is both user-friendly and great to look down on – the perfect combination.
