Newly built in 2005, a lovely, brand new 4 Bedroomed, 3 bathroom, 2 storey Villa. in the beautiful gated community of Highgate Park within the prestigious development of Legacy Park, conveniently located in the city of Davenport, just of Highway 27 and just minutes from all major attractions and only� 25-30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.



The house is ideally situated for golf lovers, with the championship golf course of Highlands Reserve, a 5 minute drive away, with many others located within 10-15 min drive of the villa. The house has a 30' by 15' heated private screened pool (subject to additional heating charge if required) with extended pool deck for extra comfort on those lazy days.



 The living room has a Plasma television with all Satellite channels, with additional televisions in the master bedroom, and queen bedroom� and upstairs in� one of the twin bedrooms (which also includes a PS2 console). The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite, with a double shower� and a large sitting area with an additional sofa bed for young children (cots available on request). The downstairs bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Towels and linen are included with the villa.�



A local management company is on hand for any problems. The nearest supermarket is only a 2 minute drive away. On the grounds of the villa, there is also a playground and tennis courts. A cot is available on request.� � There is a screen around the front of the pool for extra security for small children (this screen can be removed) when you are using the pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned. We ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the villa.
