Villa Bella Vista is a beautiful, brand new, fully equipped holiday villa with its own private pool. It can accommodate six people.

This new luxurious villa benefits from being only 10 minutes away from Paphos airport. It is set amongst the most prestigious and relaxing Secret Valley Golf Resort. Whilst Bella Vista is surrounded by rolling hills and distant views of the sea the beautiful old town of Paphos is only a 20 minute drive away with its attractive bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is just a 2 minute drive away. A five star Intercontinental Hotel, restaurants bars and leisure facilities are a 5 minute drive away on Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort.

Golf information
The Secret Valley Golf Course, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.

Accommodation
Upstairs a large landing leads to the master bedroom having its own en-suite. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Each room has twin beds, its own balcony with distant sea views and bistro table with chairs. Ample wardrobe space is provided.
A marble and wrought iron staircase leads to the ground floor. The fully fitted kitchen has modern appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher.
At the rear of the villa is an additional WC. A very restful and spacious lounge overlooks the pool and landscaped gardens. SKY satellite television, CD, video,DVD players and a small library of books,games and discs are provided for your use.
The dining room has seating for 8 people looking onto again the landscaped gardens, and outside eating area where a BBQ is provided. A shower completes the garden.
Villa Bella Vista is fully air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. All windows have fly screens. The weekly rental prices are for the villa which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Bath towels are provided along with a wecome pack on arrival. Air conditioning and heating are inclusive, a cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.
Changeover days are flexible. If you stay for more than one week fresh bedding and towels will be provided along with the bathrooms being serviced.
