Our lakeside townhome villa is in the gated resort of Terra Verde.



It has 3 separate bedrooms, consisting of 2 doubles, master with en-suite, and 1 twin. Plenty of room for you all during your Orlando vacation. Enjoy 1243 square feet under cool air conditioning, or head out onto the patio for a little time outside at your own large heated jacuzzi.



Even though the house is only a ten minute drive from the nearest PGA standard golf course, Disney World and all the restaurants and attractions on the highway 192, The Terra Verde Resort is situated on the quieter Poinciana Boulevard, so your evenings won't be disturbed by the rumble of traffic. Terra Verde is a new resort with 114 Pompano Beach Drive being completed in mid 2004. The house has everything that you could possibly need and probably more!! Everything from DVD players and TV's, to a fully stocked kitchen to bed linen and towels.



 As stated earlier we have a heated jacuzzi, but if it's a swim that you want just take a two minute walk at the side of the lake to the Clubhouse where there is a resort sized swimming pool and a host of other amenities, including basketball and volleyball courts, gym, cyber café, games room and a 24 hour concierge desk.



Directions from Orlando International Airport: Take the Beeline West to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to exit 68 which is SR 535. Go south on SR 535. Go approximately 3 miles and take a right on Poinciana. Go approximately 3 miles and Terra Verde will be on the left hand side.
