Florida is called The Sunshine State, and the Villa is well suited to allowing you to get full benefit from that sunshine. To the rear of the property, there is a large decked sunbathing area with a magnificent 30ft x 15ft pool, and a separate 8ft diameter kiddies pool which also incorporates a fully automatic Jacuzzi. If need be, both pools can be electrically heated.



The sunbathing deck and pools are fully screened and fenced, ensuring that you have total privacy. Sun loungers, patio furniture and pool toys are also provided for you, and of course there is a barbecue to add the finishing touch. Or, if you prefer the shade for your afternoon snooze, then relax in the covered lanai area.



 The day rooms - lounge, kitchen and breakfast area - all overlook the sundeck and pool area, so you can easily keep an eye on the children if you are indoors. Inside the Villa you will find the following well-appointed rooms: - A large comfortable family room with multi-channel cable 35inch TV, Video, Panasonic DVD, CD player and Playstation 2. A selection of DVD's, video's, PS2 games and board games are also available. - A spacious dining area. - A well equipped and roomy gourmet kitchen with a wrap around bar counter for informal eating or drinking, and a seated breakfast area overlooking the pools and sundeck. - A king size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool and sundeck area. - A second master queen size bedroom with en-suite facilities. - Two further twin bedrooms, which share a third bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard and have remote-controlled TVs with multi-channel cable. A cot and high chair is also provided. The Villa is protected and monitored by a full security alarm system by Americas leading specialist Brinks security. A combination safe is also installed to keep valuables secure.
