The apartment is west of Vilamoura on the eastern edge of the district of Albufeira close to golf courses, beaches and the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Hotel & Golf Course.

The apartment comprises a spacious lounge/dining room fitted with two ceiling fans and seating for six, in both the dining room and lounge.� A sofa bed converts to either a double or two single beds.� The two bedrooms provide accommodation for twin or double, built in wardrobes and remote controlled ceiling fans and lights.� One has an ensuite shower and wc, and the full bathroom has bath, shower, wc and bidet.� The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

There is a TV and a Video/DVD Combi recorder as well as a CD player in the lounge.

If you are visiting in the winter months there are portable heaters in the lounge and bedrooms.

There are two terraces – one at the rear enjoying the morning sun and overlooking orange groves, and one at the front with afternoon sun and overlooking the gardens and 16 meter swimming pool.

The condominium is privately fenced and secure to prevent unauthorized access.� Ample parking is available at the front.

Maid service is provided once a week but if more is required this can be requested.� All linens are provided, except guests are requested to provide their own swimming/beach towels.
