Our villa is situated within an established orange grove backing on to a lake / conservation area

The home is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. We supply all linen and can provide a cot/crib and highchair on request.

The family room has a view of the pool area and is perfect for nights in. It is equipped with a large TV (with cable) and a DVD player (the local rental shop is minutes away). There is also a CD/MP3 player/radio for those who prefer music.

The main master bedroom has it's own en-suite with bathtub, walk-in shower and 2 vanity basins. There is a king-size bed and the room has its own TV with cable and DVD player. The room has direct access to the pool area.

The second master bedroom also has direct access to the pool area via its own bathroom (which doubles as a pool bath). The room has a queen bed and has it's own TV and DVD with cable.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and share the third bathroom.

The heated swimming pool has been built with safety in mind. The pool is 4 foot 6 inches at the deep end, ideal for younger visitors. There is a safety screen to keep the little ones away from the water, whilst not intrusive this can be removed if you require. The extended sundeck and loungers are great for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The covered patio is the perfect place to spend those lazy evenings or for dining alfresco.

Tennis and basketball courts are just a few minutes walk away within the estate next to a games field with football / soccer nets for the more energetic amongst you.

There are also 2 kiddies playgrounds within the estate. These facilities are free and are reserved for the residents and guests of Orange Tree.

Outside the estate the major theme parks are just a 20 to 40 minute drive away with the local shops, restaurants and supermarket (Wal-Mart) less than 5 minutes.

Florida's beautiful white sandy beaches on the West Coast are just 90 minutes away and Daytona, for the surfers, 2 hours to the East along I4.

A few miles to the North along HW27 is Lake Louisa State Park which offers fishing, boating or just a leisurely stroll in the sun.

Golfers, take your pick from the many local courses. Beginner or seasoned pro, there is something for everyone. 10 minutes away is the Orange Lake Golf and Country Club with its course designed by Arnold Palmer.

We have a no smoking policy, this is not only our rule but it's a state law in Florida. In addition pets are not allowed.
