La Mésangère is a spacious, well-appointed country villa set in a half-acre terraced garden 9 Golf courses within 30 minutes.Outstanding views of the ancient hill-top villages of Châteauneuf-de-Grasse and Opio and down to the Bay of Cannes. Grasse is about 10km, Nice about 30km (Airport 30minutes) and Cannes 18km.

On the ground floor are an entrance hall, large drawing room and dining room with sliding doors between, study/library, kitchen and shower room.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), two twin-bedded rooms, a small single bedroom and a second bathroom. The house sleeps 8-9 people.

The house is fully furnished, including antique French and English furniture. Cutlery, glass, china, bed-linen, towels and bedding are provided and a child's cot and high-chair are also available.

Kitchen equipment includes a gas cooker, micro-wave, washing machine, dishwasher and two fridge-freezers.
