How to check your arms are hanging correctly
Hand and stick
One of the key fundamentals is the position of your hands. Put a plastic stick on the end of the grip and take your address – the end of the stick should go through your belt buckle.
The way your arms hang influences the swing path, which influences the swing plane. Check this every time at the range.
