Alex Noren on holing out

Ensure that your dominant arm doesn't take over

First with the right..

Having a dominant arm is fine in many sports, but it can adversely affect your golf game – especially on the greens. This drill helps you keep your hands working together. Set up five feet from the hole and give yourself a straight putt. Try to hole five putts in a row using only your right hand.

...and then with the left

Switch to the left hand and try to make five consecutively. This drill isn’t as easy as it sounds and will make putting with both hands together feel so much more effective as each hand knows exactly what it has to do.
