Become more imaginative

Add more rhythm and consistency with Nick Dougherty

Paint it black

One of the main problems I see in amateur games is distance control on putts. This is due to a lack of rhythm and consistency.
Imagine the bottom of your putter is a paintbrush and paint a line on the ground with it. If you were painting a wall you wouldnít be all jerky – you would be smooth and flowing and that’s exactly what your putting should be like.
