THIS popular event will make its debut on the Torrance Course at Fairmont St Andrews between August 21 and 23.
One lucky NCG reader will win a pair of hospitality tickets to watch the action unfold over the final two days, plus stay overnight in a double or twin room at the Fairmont St Andrews Hotel that has recently undergone a £17m refurbishment. This prize also includes car parking passes.
The event will also mark a special occasion for Sam Torrance as he attempts to win his second Scottish Seniors title, following his victory in 2006, around his very first signature course design. The course has also undergone an impressive remodelling in the last 12 months and Torrance will hope to use this inside information to get one over last year’s winner Peter Mitchell.
