Todays short is all about posture.
What happens is that if we lose sight of our posture on a regular basis driving cars or sitting at desks, what happens is our spine starts to curve which has a real bad effect on the golf swing.
You can’t make the correct shoulder turn and you can’t make a full swing.
What the Pro suggests:
Work with a mirror down at the range. Find a bay with a mirror directly behind, and really work on getting that spine angle as straight as possible.
Make sure you can get a golf club going straight down the line of your back.
So remember:
- Use a mirror to check your posture
- Do not neglect your posture, keep working on it to improve your golf.
