Betting tips: Take a look at Pepperell for the Czech MastersAugust, 2015
Who should you be backing in the European Tour event?
In the 2014 edition of this tournament, Ryder Cup star Jamie Donaldson emerged as the victor and hoisted the inaugural Czech Masters trophy besting fellow Welshman Bradley Dredge by two strokes.

Donaldson is not expected to feature in the 2015 edition – so it’s definitely wise to remove him completely from your Fantasy Golf team.
Dredge on the other hand, will be looking to make amends at the Albatross Country Club and would be well worth moving into your side at a steady £9 million.
The odds on the Welshman are sitting at 22/1 – not too bad – definitely worth a closer look.
Our second pick is a surprising one – Thorbjorn Olesen has no form coming into this tournament, but he is a two-time European Tour winner and in previous years his best patches of form have come between August to October.
With a less than stellar field, we think this is a good punt at 80/1 (100/1 with some bookmakers).
Let’s take a look at who the bookies are slating as favourites to take the title at the Albatross Country Club.
Victor Dubuisson is being touted as the pre-tournament favourite as far as the bookies are concerned, and the Ryder Cup star is available at 12/1 if you are feeling that way inclined. Maybe one to bank on picking up some Fantasy points come Sunday.
After a good Open showing, Eddie Pepperell will surely be looking to turn that into wins and is available at 16/1.
Still young and gaining more European Tour experience – including his devastating play-off loss to Soren Kjeldsen – he’s definitely due a win any time soon.
Get £10 e/w on the young man from Oxfordshire.
And a snip at £8 million, Pepperell should be considered a definite for your Fantasy Golf shopping list this weekend.
Another Englishman, and already a winner on the European Tour this year, James Morrison is being considered one of the favourites at 18/1.
Again worth a small e/w bet ahead of the weekend action.
Avoid David Horsey, despite his win at Made in Denmark last week – it’s likely the Englishman will be suffering a serious golfing ‘hangover’.
But if you’re a sucker for punishment, you can get the 30-year old at a steady 28/1.
