After taking the Valero Texas Open at a canter, the San Antonio native has now moved to a career high tenth on the Official World Golf Rankings.
Walker became the first multiple Tour winner this season, having already won the Sony Open in Hawaii, with 19 winners on this years PGA Tour in 2015.
“It doesn’t happen very often – winning in your home town,” Walker said. “The course wasn’t giving as much and it was hard to make pars.
We check out the arsenal that helped the Texan to become the first player to break a streak of 10 tour third-round leaders that had failed to win.
Walker relied on the very same setup that served him well in Hawaii at the Sony Open, but adds the new Titleist Pro V1x Tour ball to his bag.
