Even more flexibility and speed added to the R15 metal wood family

5 TaylorMade have added new fairways and rescue clubs to the R15 metal wood family with more speed and flexibility than ever.

The fairway is the first to feature a sliding weight system for shot shape and adjustability.

A new Front Track system performs like a Speed Pocket to reduce spin and increases size of sweet spot.

The 4° loft sleeve adds more loft adjustability and an opportunity to dial in your launch conditions.

“Bringing the front track system to the 3 wood allows us to get the best of all worlds, a system that creates more flexibility and speed while allowing us to effect shot shape,” said Brian Bazzel, senior director of metal wood product creation.

The rescue features a new tour-inspired shape with a smaller footprint to enable more playability from a variety of lies.

The standard setting promotes neutral ball flight but there is a 3° loft sleeve for dialing in distance.

“The shape of the rescue is very striking at address and will speak to the better player, while the performance of the club will speak to anyone who hits it,” Bazzel added.
